About Stancor Fittings & Flanges
Stancor Fittings & Flanges sells butt weld fittings, forged fittings and flanges under its own brands, manufactured to Stancor specification by contracted OEM plants in India and China while our own facility is under construction. Dimensions, wall thickness, heat treatment and marking are fixed on our datasheet, inspected at source and certified to EN 10204 3.1.
Fits the Pipe. Holds the Joint.
A fitting is bought on wall thickness at the thinnest point and a flange on its face finish and bolt circle. Both are fixed on a Stancor datasheet, made to it by a qualified OEM plant, measured before despatch and certified to the heat.
Where 316 Is Not Enough.
Seawater, brine, sour gas and hot chlorides end the useful life of austenitic stainless. We supply duplex, super duplex and nickel alloy fittings and flanges with the ferrite balance, corrosion test and NACE hardness cap stated on the certificate.

- Forged Socket Weld & Threaded Fittings — Couplings, elbows, tees, caps, plugs, unions and outlets to ASME B16.11 in 3000, 6000 and 9000 class.
- Stub Ends, Bends & Fabricated Spools — Stub ends, 3D and 5D induction bends and welded spools fabricated to isometric with weld records.
- Branch Outlet Fittings — Weldolet, sockolet, threadolet, elbolet and nipolet type outlets to MSS SP-97 for branch connections.
- Flange Gaskets & Fasteners — Spiral wound and ring joint gaskets with matching A193 / A320 studs and A194 nuts, supplied as a joint kit.
