Stub ends, 3D and 5D induction bends and welded spools fabricated to isometric with weld records.

Where the drawing calls for a made-up assembly rather than loose components, we fabricate to the isometric: stub ends with lap joint flanges, long radius and induction bends at 3D and 5D, mitred bends, reducing spools and flanged sections. Welds are made to a qualified procedure by qualified welders, radiographed or ultrasonically tested to the agreed extent, and the weld map, procedure and NDT report ship with the spool.
